Ashby de la Zouch Open Gardens 2017
The 10th Anniversary
Huge thanks to the gardeners, and everyone who attended the 2016 gardens in August.
It was a record breaking year with 596 visitors, raising £2800 for Air Ambulance Service, and Hospice Hope.
That's £12,200 raised so far. Hope to see you all again next year
Saturday 10th June 2017
Sunday 11th June 2017
11am to 6pm both days
(Please see the 2017 Gardens Overview on the left for details of which gardens are open on each day)
Come and visit our beautiful yet different gardens in Ashby.
See a vast array of stunning and unusual plants in glorious locations.
This year the open day has moved back to June 10th & 11th 2017.
We have some new gardens this year, as well as changes in some of the existing ones. We also have the Ashby Allotments joining us, and will be giving tours around the allotments.
Take the opportunity to see what can be achieved in typical "Town" gardens like yours rather than the "Country Estates" that are typical of many open garden events.
Plants for sale, free gardening advice and scrumptious cakes !
£4 donation allows entry to ALL gardens for both days (in aid of Air Ambulance Service, and Hospice Hope)
Under 16s go free.
Passports/Maps are available from any of the listed gardens. or 2 weeks beforehand from "Norths Deli" (On the roundabout at the bottom of the main high street), or Tourist Information.
If you cannot get a passport in advance, or are unfamiliar with the locations, please print out a route map beforehand to allow you to find your first garden. Tourist information and Norths Deli are not open on Sunday, so you will have to get your passport from one of the gardens.
